The ability to control your emotions appropriately so that they don’t negatively affect your behavior or reactions.

Social awareness: The ability to understand and empathize with the feelings and feelings of others. This includes the ability to read nonverbal cues.

Relationship management

The ability to build and maintain relationships with others. This includes the ability to communicate effectively while taking into account the emotions of others.

Self-motivation

The ability to keep yourself positive and keep working toward your goals.

Emotional intelligence (EI) of IIT students is recognized as an important ability to help them easily relate to others. By combining EI and IQ (Intelligence Qotient), you can become a star performer in the workplace. Therefore, students should have both EI and IQ. IIT (ISM) A descriptive study was conducted to assess EI levels of students in Dhanbad. The results revealed that IIT (ISM) Dhanbad students had high emotional intelligence. I can see why you want IIT students who have both EI and IQ.

Development of IIT’s Robot Hand

IIT is developing the BRL/Pisa/IIT (BPI) SoftHand, a tendon-driven, underactuated robotic hand that is driven by a single actuator and is capable of low-cost 3D printing. This robot hand can perform a variety of grabbing tasks. Designing a new joint system and tendon routing can balance durability, affordability and grabbing performance. This robotic hand can adaptively hold complex geometries and reflects the successful adoption of soft and adaptive synergies.

IIT’s influence

The influence of IITs has had a profound impact not only within India, but beyond its borders. This is evidenced by the large number of IIT graduates employed by global tech companies. Google CEO Sundar Pichai and former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, for example, are both IIT alumni. There are also many IIT alumni among the founders and key people of global unicorns. They are driving innovation, creating new business models and driving technological progress.

In addition, IIT graduates play a major role in driving green technology innovation. This refers to developing new technologies and methods to reduce carbon emissions as a measure against climate change. For example, in China, companies led by IIT graduates are helping to improve total factor productivity (TFP). This is an important indicator for achieving economic growth through the efficient use of resources.

IIT alumni have also influenced the travel and tourism industries by developing new technologies and methods to respond to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This has enabled the industry to minimize the impact of the pandemic and achieve sustainable development.

As these examples show, IIT graduates drive innovation in a variety of industries and fields, making a significant impact around the world. As such, IIT’s influence extends beyond just the companies and industries in which its graduates thrive, to society as a whole.
