We have been looking at global expansion since the beginning and have hired many foreign engineers. According to Mercari’s official website, Mercari’s Tokyo office has employees from about 40 countries. We also report to the engineering organization that develops the JP version of Mercari that the proportion of members from overseas has increased from about 15% to about 40%.
